Job summary

Freeman Health System in Arkansas seeks a Workday Program Director to provide enterprise leadership for strategy, governance, delivery, optimization, and long-term value realization of the Workday platform across the health system.

This role directs cross-functional work across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Reporting, partnering with executives and partners to align Workday with patient-care, workforce, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise applications, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale programs.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple Workday domains (HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, etc.).
• Proven success leading complex programs with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a multi-year Workday roadmap with investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead steering committees across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit, and leadership; report scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits.
• Direct implementations, expansions, and upgrades; manage transitions to operations.
• Oversee integrations and data flows between Workday and EHR, IAM, timekeeping, and other systems.
• Coordinate functional/technical teams, resolve priorities, and maintain accountability across locations.
