Collaborating with the HRIS team and stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical specs, test changes, and develop new reports. The role emphasizes SME-level knowledge and ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration or analysis, focusing on implementation and post-implementation support.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving defects in a Workday environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday issues, troubleshooting, and resolving defects with testing, configurations, and integrations.
• Own the Workday platform, ensuring all systems function correctly and meet business needs.
• Train end-users on Workday functionality and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with HRIS team and stakeholders to identify improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and configure Workday accordingly.
• Test production changes to ensure quality and no adverse impact to system functionality.
• Develop and implement new reports and functionalities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements and optimize Workday workflows to increase efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, staying updated on new features and functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
