Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Software Engineer I (Workday Programmer) to drive end-to-end tasks across design, development, testing, and implementation for specific Workday system assignments. You will contribute to troubleshooting, impact analysis, and documentation while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of programming experience, solid Workday integration skills (Report Writer and EIB), and familiarity with Workday Studio/Extend.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming/development experience.
• Two years of Workday Experience in building integrations using Report Writer and EIB required.
• Workday Studio and Workday Extend knowledge and experience preferred.
• Delivery - Intermediate delivery skills to decompose work and meet commitments.
• Domain Expertise - deep understanding of relevant systems and business issues.
• Problem Solving - strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Communication - clear, concise collaboration and documentation.
• Leadership - track record of self-motivation and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
