You will complete intermediate end-to-end engineering tasks for Workday-related system assignments, including developing, configuring, testing, debugging, and health monitoring. Qualifications

• Three years of programming/development experience.
• Two years of Workday Experience in building integrations using Report Writer and EIB required.
• Workday Studio and Workday Extend knowledge and experience preferred.
• Delivery – ability to deliver with a steady, predictable pace and small batch releases.
• Domain Expertise – deep knowledge of immediate systems and business issues.
• Problem Solving – debugging and identifying root causes of issues.
• Communication – clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
• Leadership – intermediate leadership and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions for intermediate complexity assignments.
• Participate with team to analyze defects and incidents and escalate as needed.
• Work within guidelines to independently tackle well-scoped problems.
• Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
