Job summary
The Travelers Indemnity Company in Minnesota is seeking a Software Engineer I (Workday Programmer) to join our technology organization as we grow and transform our landscape.
You will complete intermediate end-to-end engineering tasks for specific system assignments including developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementing based on user or system design specifications, as well as participating in troubleshooting,
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent.
- Three years of programming/development experience.
- Two years of Workday experience building integrations using Report Writer and EIB.
- Workday Studio and Workday Extend knowledge preferred.
- Delivery of work at a steady, predictable pace and ability to decompose tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration for intermediate complexity assignments.
- Collaborate with team to analyze, resolve defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
- Work within guidelines to independently tackle well-scoped problems.
- Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
