Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Workday/UKG Security Application Analyst to serve as a bridge between Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Compliance, and operations. The role ensures secure configuration of security models and supports workforce management processes.

The analyst will manage user provisioning, perform SoD reviews, support audits, and coordinate with Information Security to maintain data integrity and compliance. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Workday, UKG, or other HCM security.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday/UKG security roles and user provisioning preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and IAM concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday and UKG security models.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security roles, RBAC, and business process security.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IS teams to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
