Precision Task Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Workday Reporting professional to design, develop, test, and deliver complex Workday Financial reports for clients.

You will build Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and other report types, identify data sources, and create calculated fields for intricate logic. You will own reporting deliverables end-to-end, collaborate with clients and internal teams, mentor junior consultants, and stay current with Workday releases and best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building Workday Financial reports.
• Experience with Composite reports, calculated fields, and gathering reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM reporting.
• Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and independently manage deliverables.
• At least one active Workday Reporting certification is required (Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services Certification preferred, Workday Pro HCM Reporting Certification good).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deliver Workday Financial reports.
• Build Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and other Workday report types.
• Identify data sources, fields, and security for reporting requirements.
• Create calculated fields to fulfill complex reporting logic needs.
• Ensure report accuracy, usability, formatting, security, and performance.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and documentation of custom reports.
• Develop HCM reports and support other Workday reporting needs.
• Lead client sessions and design discussions; translate requirements into solutions.
• Own assigned reporting deliverables from requirements through client acceptance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to PTG standards and best practices.
