Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and other Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Workday reporting tools, a strong understanding of HR data structures, and the ability to transform business requirements into meaningful insights that support organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Metrics/KPI, and Dashboard reports utilizing Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Slides, and other available reporting tools.
  • Maintain and enhance the library of standard and custom reports, including related calculated fields and business object configurations.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing reports to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting solutions.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday reporting solutions.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and data anomalies within HR-related datasets.
  • Collaborate closely with HRIS and IT teams to support the integration and functionality of reporting solutions across Workday modules.
  • Administer and maintain Workday security settings related to report access, visibility, and permissions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of new and modified reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
  • Investigate reporting issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve data-related concerns.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to Workday reporting tools and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and best practices to HR teams and business users on report utilization and interpretation.
  • Support audit requests, compliance reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements through Workday.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting tools.
  • Experience within HRIS, Human Resources, Payroll, or other related data management functions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboard development.
  • Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Recruiting.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and supporting Workday Prism data pipelines.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and Workday integrations.
  • Experience supporting reporting access controls, data governance, and security-related reporting initiatives.
