Job summary

Tnentertainment is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Contractor to support project-based configuration work within Workday Recruiting. The role focuses on system design, configuration, and testing of offer letters, job boards, and requisition templates in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has deep functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, understands downstream hire-to-retire impacts, and can drive updates quickly across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Recruiting.
• Proven experience configuring: offer letter templates, job board integrations, job requisition templates and related business processes.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, condition rules, and calculated fields as they relate to Recruiting.
• Experience in project-based or consulting environments with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Prior experience in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy updates in Workday Recruiting, including offer letter templates, job requisition setups, and job board integrations.
• Build and maintain recruiting-related business processes, notifications, and condition rules.
• Ensure configurations follow best practices and align with compliance, branding, and operational standards.
• Participate in Workday Recruiting initiatives (e.g., new offer letter formats, job board enhancements, recruiting process streamlining).
• Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to define requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for new configurations and updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Document configuration decisions, business process flows, and user instructions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal HRIS or HR teams, as needed.
