Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with Procurement Services, AP, UFIT, and stakeholders; maintaining data trackers and documentation; and supporting go-live readiness activities. Requires a bachelor's degree and four years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers; to understand and apply applicable rules and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data cleanup, transformation, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleanup & Transformation: review legacy data, cleanse, standardize, and format for migration to Workday.
• Conversion Validation & Testing: validate migrated records and reconcile source/target data; assist with mock conversions.
• Cross Functional Coordination: coordinate with Procurement, AP, UFIT, and leads; document processes and resolve data issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain trackers and status reports; develop data standards and reference materials.
