Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Consultant in the Workday Product Business Unit to be a primary technical point of contact for partners and a Pay Transparency Analyzer expert. You will manage documentation, ensure partners are equipped for success, and evolve towards Customer Value Management, focusing on relationship building and driving adoption of PTA.

The ideal candidate will have consulting experience and Workday HCM certification, with strong technical skills to support partners effectively.

Qualifications

• Certified in Workday HCM.
• Experience in consulting and delivering for clients in a professional services or technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA).
• Track record of leading or contributing to cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert in Pay Transparency Analyzer providing guidance.
• Manage the technical relationship with Partners and ensure their needs are met.
• Own, improve and maintain documentation and training materials for Partners.
• Support onboarding of customers and Partners for PTA.
