Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Accounting Center Lead Consultant to drive customer transformation through advanced Workday reporting and Prism Analytics. Qualifications

• Workday Advanced Reporting certification is essential.
• Workday Prism Analytics certification with hands-on delivery experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Workday Financials required.
• Strong customer orientation in advisory settings and ability to manage expectations.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues; strong business sense.
• Able to work in remote teams and independently; able to travel to in-region sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and optimize custom Workday reports across Financials, PSA, and related modules.
• Lead reporting workstreams on deployments, prioritizing work based on customer needs and complexity.
• Build and maintain Prism ingestion tables, datasets, and data flows for Accounting Center.
• Configure enrichment stages and mapping to transform events into journals with multi-currency precision.
• Oversee full Accounting Center lifecycle: discovery, build, batch processing, troubleshooting, reconciliation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice improvements while meeting SLAs.
