The Project Manager for the Workday practice will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution on some of our largest projects. The Project Manager will drive the client implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $154,652-$230,122. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
