Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Workday Program Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. You will act as second-in-command to the HRIS Manager, guiding operational leadership and ensuring continuity of service across Workday with emphasis on Core HCM and security.

You will partner with HRBPs, test and implement Workday changes, and design custom reports while mitigating risks and building essential backup coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years of Workday experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and decision support for all Workday functional areas, focusing on Core HCM and Security.
• Serve as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service delivery.
• Test, validate, and implement Business Process, Condition Rule, and Eligibility Rule changes in Workday.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Identify risks and establish backup coverage and SOPs for critical HRIS processes.
• Collaborate to achieve business performance goals and provide timely support.
