Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director to lead the IT side of our Workday program, accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and for seamless partnership with HR leadership.

This role orchestrates cross-functional IT workstreams (platform, integrations, data, reporting, security), governs scope, schedule, financials, and risk, enabling decision-making across SteerCo, Program Leadership, and HR stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT program management experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations with partners.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Own IT delivery for Workday program across Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executives, HR leadership, SteerCo, and project teams.
• Establish and run program governance, align priorities, budgets and scope.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams, including vendors and SI partners.
• Plan integrated project milestones, data conversion, integrations, and security.
• Manage scope, changes, and financials; ensure on-time delivery and value.
• Own program financials and profitability; monitor forecast vs actuals.
• Coordinate Workday tenant activities and testing cycles with HR.
• Oversee integration strategy with HRIS and adjacent systems.
• Lead risk/issue management with RAID logs and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders with crisp outcomes.
• Mentor PMs across IT Transformation.
