Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Platform Operations Lead to own the health, release management, test automation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Workday platform.

You will oversee production operations, incident management, and platform monitoring across HCM and Finance, partnering with Product, HR/Finance Tech, Security, and Risk. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading operations/service management for mission-critical SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Finance, Integrations, or Security.
• Strong grounding in ITIL-based Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management, with experience building KPIs and executive scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day platform operations, incident/problem/change management, and major incident RCA and remediation.
• Monitor platform health, KPIs, and operational dashboards; drive readiness reviews and service continuity planning.
• Lead Workday bi-annual release planning, impact assessments, and feature enablement.
• Coordinate tenant migrations, refreshes, and deployment schedules; govern changes through CAB.
• Own the enterprise test automation strategy, ensuring regression coverage across HCM, Finance, Security, and Integrations.
• Lead regression testing for releases, tenant refreshes, and vendor patches prior to production promotion.
