Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale IT operations in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Experience implementing automation and scripting for operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 24x7 IT Operations across a multi-platform enterprise.
• Manage and monitor enterprise infrastructure, production services, and batch operations.
• Direct and develop IT Operations staff with coaching and performance management.
• Drive incidents, problems, changes, and service management to reduce downtime.
• Plan and manage shift operations to meet business objectives.
• Monitor SLAs, system performance, and capacity trends for optimization.
