This role spans production operations, incident management, release coordination, platform monitoring, and enterprise regression testing across HCM and Finance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in technology operations or enterprise application support including 3+ years leading operations for mission-critical SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, Integrations, or Security is a plus.
• Strong ITIL foundation including Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management.
• Experience implementing enterprise test automation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day platform operations, incident/problem/change management, and major incident RCA and remediation.
• Monitor platform health, KPIs, and operational dashboards; drive readiness reviews and service continuity planning.
• Coordinate bi-annual Workday release planning, impact assessments, and feature enablement.
• Oversee regression testing for releases, tenant refreshes, and vendor patches prior to production promotion.
• Define release readiness criteria with Product, Engineering, and QA; track quality via coverage and defect metrics.
