Attain Partners seeks a strategic Workday payroll consultant to lead ERP readiness and advisory engagements across business processes and technology strategy. You will guide client strategy, manage stakeholder alignment, and partner with delivery teams to shape and execute payroll transformations.

The role emphasizes senior advisory capabilities over pure implementation, with opportunity to influence biannual Workday releases and future-state planning. Travel is required as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on configuration experience in Workday payroll as a Workday customer or systems implementor.
• 3+ years of product ownership experience in Workday payroll and other Workday HCM modules as a Workday customer or consultant.

Responsabilidades

• Guide ERP readiness and advisory: conduct assessments, roadmaps, and advise on ERP decisions.
• Shape client strategy: define vision, evaluate options, align tech investments with outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment: lead meetings, workshops, and executive briefings; manage relationships with third parties.
• Advise with leading practice: contextualize Workday challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Provide operational leadership: oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for Workday Payroll solutions and delivery teams.
• Direct Workday releases: support biannual releases and routine enhancements for platform stability.
• Drive sustainment planning: plan future state Payroll organization adapting to Workday HCM and Payroll.
• Collaborate across workstreams: partner with program management, change management, HR, Finance, IT for a shared vision.
• Contribute to practice growth: support proposals, thought leadership, and capability building.
