ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development with a strong focus on Workday HCM and Financials. You will lead enterprise software engineering teams, guide architecture, and drive modernization efforts in a large financial services setting.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strategic leadership, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to align technology with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, IT, and enterprise app development; 15+ preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership managing software teams or multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise software engineering teams supporting HR and Finance apps, with emphasis on Workday.
• Oversee development, integration, modernization, and support of Workday HCM/Financials and cloud solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions, evaluate integration strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT leadership, and stakeholders to align tech initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure engineering excellence, reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
