Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday analyst experience supporting system functionality.
• Experience configuring Workday modules and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM modules.
• Experience managing ticket queues (Jira or similar).
• Experience supporting system enhancements and backlog updates.
• Familiarity with HR processes and terminology.
• Strong communication with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday portfolio of system enhancements and project work.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules, primarily HCM and related areas.
• Provide 30% production support and 70% project-based work.
