Our client is looking for a Technology People Analyst to add to their team. They will be supporting the client’s Workday portfolio of system enhancements and project work. The individual will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday modules, primarily within HCM, while also supporting Recruiting, Time, Learning, Security, Business Processes, and Integrations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will be 30% production support and 70% project‑based work tied to system improvements and updates. The role requires someone who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Workday issues. The analyst will also support operational initiatives such as store flips and location updates. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Workday, understands HR processes deeply, and can contribute to the team quickly.
