Lyric is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead end‑to‑end payroll operations across a multi‑state population. The role requires strong Workday Payroll expertise and close collaboration with HRIS, HR, and Finance to drive accuracy and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will manage biweekly and semimonthly payroll for ~450 employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely responses to payroll inquiries. This position offers growth in a dynamic healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Workday Payroll experience.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the third‑party payroll provider and ensure service levels.
• Manage biweekly and semimonthly payroll for ~450 employees.
• Lead Workday payroll configuration and changes with HRIS/HR/Finance.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve payroll issues; establish ownership and timelines.
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of federal/state/local payroll requirements.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries and resolve escalations.
• Develop and maintain payroll procedures and controls.
