Lyric is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to execute end-to-end payroll for a complex, multi-state workforce, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local rules. You will collaborate with HRIS and a third‑party processor, providing Workday Payroll expertise and driving process improvements for reliability and employee experience.

You will manage biweekly and semimonthly runs for about 450 employees, build earnings and deduction rules, and lead issue resolution with stakeholders across HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full cycle payroll processing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with internal customers at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing and payroll tax filing with third-party providers.
• Manage biweekly and semimonthly payroll for ~450 employees.
• Serve as Workday Payroll subject matter expert and lead configuration activities.
• Drive cross-functional partnership to identify and resolve payroll issues.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory payroll changes and updates.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and taxes.
• Develop and review payroll procedures and controls.
