Job summary

Focus Cloud is recruiting for an Associate Director to oversee the US Payroll practice within a leading Workday partner. This is a high-visibility role designed to shape standards, delivery methodologies and future hiring across multiple Payroll projects.

You will mentor teams, influence solution design, and support pre-sales while remaining close to deployment work when needed. This is a senior leadership path with broad impact across Workday programmes.

Qualifications

• Active Workday US Payroll implementer certification is required.
• Significant Workday Payroll implementation and deployment experience within a Workday partner or consulting environment.
• Current or recent experience operating at Senior Manager, Principal, Associate Director or comparable senior level.

Responsibilities

• Provide Associate Director-level oversight across multiple Workday US Payroll implementations and ensure consistently strong delivery.
• Help scale the Payroll capability through mentoring, team development, resource planning and future hiring.
• Define and improve Payroll delivery standards, methodologies and repeatable implementation approaches.
• Act as a senior escalation point on complex Payroll programmes while remaining capable of getting close to configuration and solution design when necessary.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, scoping and estimation as the Workday practice continues to grow.
