• 2+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll rather than solely processing payroll.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, eligibility rules and payroll calculations.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting and resolving Workday configuration issues.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Experience working within a large or complex Workday environment is preferred.

About the Role

We are working with a Fortune 500 organization seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to join their team in Houston.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands on Workday Payroll configuration experience who is looking to continue developing their skills within a large and complex Workday environment.

The focus of the role will be on Workday Payroll configuration, enhancements, testing and troubleshooting rather than day to day payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll functionality and business processes
• Support ongoing enhancements and configuration changes based on business requirements
• Configure earnings, deductions, eligibility rules and payroll-related calculations
