Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, software platforms, or technology-enabled business operations.
• Understanding of how business applications support operational processes, service management, and organizational performance.
• Familiarity with application support concepts, system configuration, business process improvement, or IT operations through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
• Interest in cloud technologies, enterprise software, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and their impact on business operations.
• Demonstrated application of business, technical, or analytical skills through coursework, projects, internships, case competitions, research, student organizations, or other practical experiences.
