Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Associate Oracle Package Specialist to support clients in selecting, implementing, and producing Oracle Cloud solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams, apply design thinking, and deliver value across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX domains.

Training includes Oracle enablement, certifications, and mentorship, with opportunities to travel up to 100% as needed. A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
• Making strategic recommendations and leveraging business knowledge to drive Oracle-based solutions for clients and their management.
• Facilitating or supporting workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Developing process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
• Using IBM’s Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges.
• Supporting test execution, documentation, and data validation.
• Applying AI responsibly to summarize documentation, generate test cases, or support analysis.
