Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or other packaged software solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive Oracle‑based solutions for clients and management.
• Facilitate or support workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps for ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX scenarios.
• Apply IBM’s Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to client challenges.
• Support test execution, documentation, and data validation.
• Apply AI responsibly to summarize documentation and generate test cases.
