Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Associate Oracle Package Specialist to support clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud applications. This role embraces a growth mindset, collaboration, and delivering business value across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and CX.

You will engage in workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews, applying IBM Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges.

Qualifications

Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements.
Openness to assist clients in design, business architect, process development, functional implementation and support.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
Develop strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive Oracle-based solutions for clients and their management.
Facilitate or support workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
