• Serve as SME for Workday Learning and Benefits configuration and support.
• Partner with HR leaders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday functionality to improve workflows.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Support integrations, data integrity initiatives, and system performance improvements.
• Collaborate on Workday upgrades, testing, and optimizations.
• Assist with other Workday modules as needed and participate in on-call support.
