Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Workday-focused HRIS professional in Houston to configure and optimize Workday environments for a large enterprise. You will support Learning, Talent, and HCM modules, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting across a multi-location workforce.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate across HR, operations, and IT to drive continuous improvement and strategic HR

Qualifications

3+ years of HRIS/HR Tech experience.
Hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
Experience with Workday Learning, Talent, or HCM modules preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes, configuration, and security concepts.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality across HR modules.
Serve as primary resource for Workday Learning administration and configuration.
Support business process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
Create and maintain calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Assist with testing, upgrades, and deployment projects.
Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide stakeholder support.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather requirements.
