Accenture is hiring a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant to design and deliver Workday integrations. You will lead end-to-end integration efforts, collaborate with clients and vendors, and ensure quality and timely delivery across global resources.

Role requires Workday Studio certification and 2+ years in Workday Financials with strong integration tool experience. Travel up to 0-100% is possible, and compensation varies by location.

Qualifications

• Lead the design of integrations from point to point systems and holistic interchange services.
• Identify and solve complex problems integrating Workday with external apps across HCM and Financial domains.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding.
• Oversee integration delivery and risk management.
• Travel may be required; 0–100% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration delivery and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients for domain-specific integrations.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to achieve shared objectives.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as needed.
• Identify process improvements based on project experience.
