Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Technical Consultant to lead Workday-based integrations and financial solutions for enterprise customers. You will partner with Activation, Account Management, and internal teams to design scalable Workday-finance implementations across multi-entity environments.

You will define success criteria from onboarding through expansion, work with APIs and integration logic, and influence roadmaps with deep Workday knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday, including integration patterns and enterprise deployment models.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, financial dimensions, and legal entity structures.
• Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps, influencing roadmap decisions that unlock scale across the company's largest customers.
• Advise on non-standard Workday implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability.
• Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale the company's upmarket motion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Workday.
• Guide Workday integration, configuration, and system design with customers and internal teams.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable Workday-finance solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding to support technical workstreams and faster value.
• Influence product roadmap by communicating Workday pain points to Product/Engineering.
