Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a skilled Workday integration expert to design, build, and deploy complex HCM and Finance connections.

You will lead technical efforts, gather requirements, and collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and smooth operations. You will work with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and web services (REST/SOAP), design reports, and develop calculated fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building Workday HCM and Finance integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations with HCM and Finance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing across development to post-production.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and design alignment.
