Travelers is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver Workday HR solutions focused on Benefits, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Compensation. The role supports HR technology delivery at scale and partners with HR, Finance, and IT to drive business value.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming/development experience; two years in Workday integrations using Report Writer and EIB.
• Hands-on Workday Platform experience with Benefits, Payroll, Time, Absence and Compensation integrations.
• Strong collaboration and continuous learning in a high-performing Workday team.
• Delivery excellence in Agile Workday projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value through design and implementation of integrations, analysis, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation and health monitoring based on user/system specs.
• Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity and escalate as needed.
• Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve processes.
• Apply current industry trends to formulate solutions for software engineering problems.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
