Job summary

Travelers Companies, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver Workday HR products and services with a focus on Benefits, Payroll, Time, Absence and Compensation.

Join a fast-paced HR Tech team to transform how we work and support our HR organization at scale. You will help align to engineering standards on the Workday platform, champion emerging AI capabilities, and deliver scalable Workday solutions that improve the employee experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming/development experience with Workday integrations.
• Two years of Workday experience in building integrations using Report Writer and EIB.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Compensation.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and Workday Extend is preferred.
• Excellent collaboration within high-performing teams and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations, analyze requirements, and test solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects and incidents of intermediate complexity, and escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Apply industry best practices and engineering standards to Workday solutions.
• Contribute to Agile delivery within HR technology projects.
