Job summary

First American is seeking a technically skilled HRIS/Workday professional to design, build, and maintain integrations, reporting, and security for global HRIS systems. You will work with Workday EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, and related technologies to deliver reliable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Workday integration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in a relevant field; ongoing learning encouraged.
• 2–4 years of HRIS or Workday technical experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or developing Workday integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Workday integrations, reporting, security, and related technical components.
• Develop Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Web Services, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Create and maintain Cloud Connect integrations and documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and reports; ensure data accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with Workday releases and emerging development technologies.
