TALENT Software Services is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to design, develop and support integrations between Workday and external payroll and HR systems. The role focuses on PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and Workday Web Services to ensure accurate data exchange across HCM, Benefits, Payroll and Time Tracking modules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with outbound payroll data integrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and data transformation tasks, plus strong XML,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building and supporting Workday integrations using PECI, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM data structures.
• Experience working in modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting & Time Tracking.
• Experience in outbound payroll data integrations from Workday to third-party payroll providers.
• Experience importing third-party payroll documents into Workday, including Payslips, annual tax documents & Payroll Statements.
• Experience in Workday tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
• Ability to extract, transform, validate, and load data between Workday tenants.
• Strong XML, XSLT, JSON, and API integration knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and ADP Third-Party Payroll systems.
• Configure and maintain payroll outbound integrations using PECI, Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
• Analyze, map, transform, and validate data across Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Develop migration strategies, conversion templates, data validation scripts, and reconciliation reports.
• Support mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and provide timely resolution of production issues.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
