Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to design, develop, test, deploy, and support point-to-point Workday integrations. The role emphasizes hands-on work with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, plus BIRT reporting to support business processes.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable integration solutions while supporting implementation, enhancements, and post-production activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of Workday integration experience.
Hands-on with Workday EIB inbound and outbound integrations.
Proficient in Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
Experience with Workday BIRT reporting.
Understanding of Workday integration architecture, web services, and file-based integrations.
Experience creating interface specifications, field mappings, and test plans.
Workday integration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations.
Develop Workday EIB inbound and outbound integrations, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, validate, and document integration requirements.
Facilitate integration design and requirements workshops.
Perform integration unit testing, end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend effective solutions.
