Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks an HRIT Workday Integration Developer to lead full lifecycle integration projects in Workday, including requirements, design, build, test, deployment and maintenance. The role involves collaborating with internal customers and third‑party vendors to resolve issues and promote data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Integration Developer, extensive Workday integration knowledge (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation), and payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, IT or related area preferred.
• 5+ years as an Integration Developer, Workday experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation) and payroll.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and payroll processes (International and NA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration lifecycle, best practices and roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal customers and vendors for issue resolution and improvements.
• Own end‑to‑end integration design, build, test, deploy and maintenance.
• Support existing integrations and audit/compliance activities.
• Lead HRIT project teams and coordinate testing with end users.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues on cross‑functional impact.
