Job Description:-
The Workday Technical – Studio & Integrations Consultant owns end-to-end delivery of Workday integrations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. The role requires strong expertise in Workday Studio, APIs, XSLT, and Core Connectors, along with deep understanding of Workday HCM modules, integration security, and performance optimization to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integrations:
Workday Studio (complex integrations developed from scratch) EIB, Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.) Document Transformation (DT), Data Integration Services (DIS) Build inbound and outbound integrations:
Workday Third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Banking, Vendors) Ensure delivery of scalable, reusable, and performant integration solutions Adhere to scope, schedule, and quality standards
Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio
Strong hands-on experience in:
Studio development, debugging, and deployment Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) using tools like Postman Implement data orchestration including:
SFTP, HTTP, REST, SOAP connectors
Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring
Perform complex data transformations using:
XSLT 3.0 (including streaming capabilities)
Use tools such as:
Oxygen XML or equivalent
XML, JSON, CSV
Optimize transformation logic for performance and scalability
Conve rt business requirements into:
Integration Design Documents (IDD)
Detailed data mapping documents
Data volumes, real-time vs batch, and system dependencies
Follow Workday best practices and reusable design principles
Strong understanding of Workday modules:
HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Talent/Performance
Hands-on integration experience in at least two modules
