Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working across Workday integration technologies and be capable of independently handling complex integration requirements from design through production support.
The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams and will also provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior integration developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Workday integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, SOAP/REST Web Services, and BIRT.
- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations, including file-based integrations, data transformations, imports, and exports.
- Lead integration projects through requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop integration mapping documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, regression testing, and support UAT activities.
- Support Workday releases, impact analysis, regression testing, and integration enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics where required.
- Establish integration development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor junior Workday integration developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective integration solutions.

Education
