Description:

This is a day 1 onsite job in Peoria, IL OR Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Integrations: Utilize various Workday tools and methodologies to create integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Gather and analyze business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate those needs into technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and support existing integrations: Monitor integrations, resolve issues, perform root cause analyses, and provide timely support to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Test and deploy integrations: Develop testing plans, execute end-to-end testing, coordinate with downstream teams for UAT, and manage production deployments and post-release support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders: Work closely with various teams to ensure successful integration projects, address issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Self-starter and best practices: Work independently, offer consulting services, and implement best practices for Workday integrations.
