Job summary

CloudFit Software is seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager, Systems & Technology to own the Workday ecosystem, payroll continuity, and people data governance. You will partner with People Operations, Finance, and Technology to optimize HR processes, deliver analytics, and drive automation at scale.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing improvements to our systems and employee lifecycle workflows.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HRIS/people systems experience with hands-on Workday administration.
• Experience building reports in Workday and configuring lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lead Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to protect sensitive data and maintain operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday administrator and owner of the system of record.
• Design workflows, governance, testing, and integrations with vendor support.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation and access maps.
• Maintain payroll backup and support validation, controls, and audits.
• Build recurring and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards.
• Design and configure employee lifecycle processes and automation.
• Support SharePoint and the employee intranet improvements.
