Bell Partners is seeking an HRIS Lead to drive the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of Workday capabilities across HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will translate HR requirements into scalable solutions, manage integrations, and lead end-to-end Workday initiatives to improve user experience and efficiency.
The role requires strong techno-functional expertise in Workday modules, hands-on HCM experience, and a track record of
Competenze
- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience across Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
- Strong Workday integrations, system connectivity, and data flow knowledge.
- Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site workforce.
- Ability to translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Mansioni
- Own roadmap and optimize Workday capabilities supporting HR Ops, HRBP, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
- Serve as primary techno-functional Workday resource for HR and Bell associates.
- Lead requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
