Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Workday HCM expert to lead HR Operations optimization across Compensation, Benefits, Compliance, and Onboarding for a multi-site workforce spanning 7+ states. As the primary techno-functional Workday resource, you will translate business needs into scalable configurations, manage integrations and data flows, and drive post‑production improvements with HR and IT partners.

This role requires strong project leadership and a proven track record implementing Workday

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday HCM experience across Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance and Compensation.
• Experience leading Workday enhancements or implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how Workday enables HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and ongoing optimization of Workday capabilities supporting HR Operations, HR Partners, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
• Serve as the primary techno-functional Workday resource supporting HR and its services to Bell associates and the enterprise.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, reporting, security, and integrations.
• Provide hands-on HCM expertise and strong knowledge of Workday integrations and data flows.
• Lead Workday initiatives through requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-production optimization.
• Evaluate Workday releases to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience.
• Partner with HR and IT, Integrations, Security, Reporting to deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.
