Job summary

OrthoNebraska is seeking an HRIS & Compensation Analyst to support Workday configuration, data integrity, reporting, and compensation administration. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations to optimize HR systems and ensure accurate employee data.

The role focuses on administering Workday HCM, supporting system enhancements, and developing workforce reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, Workday configuration, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills for dashboards.
• Knowledge of compensation, benchmarking, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Workday HCM.
• Support Workday implementation activities, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations, and optimization.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze workforce reports, dashboards, and KPIs for HR and leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within Workday.
• Assist with market benchmarking, salary survey participation, and pay equity reviews.
