Our client, a leading organization in the HR technology sector, is seeking a Workday HR Systems Support to join their team. As a Workday HRIS Business Systems Analyst, you will support various HR teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Job Details

• Location: Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Onsite)
• Contract: W2 only

Responsibilities

1. Research and resolve issues related to Workday Time Tracking and Absence systems.
2. Support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
3. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
4. Partner with COE to document, test, and support requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
5. Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations to meet functional requirements.

Minimum Requirements

1. 3-5 years of technical experience in HR Systems supporting or implementing Workday Time Tracking/Absence Management.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3. Experience with Workday payroll and timekeeping system configuration.
4. Experience with Workday HR system implementation is preferred.
