Our client, a leading organization in the HR technology sector, is seeking a Workday HR Systems Support to join their team. As a Workday HRIS Business Systems Analyst, you will support various HR teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Title:

Workday HR Systems Support

Location:

Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Onsite)

Contract:

W2 only

Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve issues with Workday Time Tracking/Absence systems.
  • Support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes in Workday.
  • Create and update Workday configurations based on requirements.
  • Collaborate with COE to document, test, and support requirements for Time Tracking/Absence in Workday.
  • Identify strategies and risks, recommend approaches and mitigations for functional requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of technical experience supporting or implementing Workday Time Tracking/Absence Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Workday payroll and timekeeping configuration.
  • Experience with Workday HR system implementation preferred.
